After a monthlong delay, Apple finally launched the remodeled edition of its famous music program yesterday.
It was to be released in October, but Apple wanted a month to make some changes in it.They have stated in their website that new iTunes 11 is “Completely redesigned.For your Viewing, listening, Browsing and shopping pleasure”
Now, users can test Apple`s claim by updating their current iTunes version or Downloading it from the iTune`s site.
The new iTunes is packed with lots of exciting features and is ready to compete with famous media players like WMP and Real Player .Apple has enhanced the visual design of iTunes by increasing the album cover size which is now expandable, to show you your songs and other tracks from music store.They have involved a “up next” song feature and a revamped mini player.The mini player provides option to change a track, see your recent songs and also a small search bar, which helps you to search for all songs and albums without getting to the full view.
Apple has introduced a brand new header in iTunes 11 which is far better than previous versions.They have put all albums, genre, artists and other stuff like that in it.They also have included a popup window, which appears on clicking on an album in iTunes.It shows all the songs in of that album and a huge cover photo of it.The main specialty of this popup window is that its color tone and theme is similar to album art.This is just an awesome example of programming.
iTunes 2 comes with the all new iCloud integration which is also completely redesigned and loaded with all new features.It lets you to start a song, movie or any other media exactly from the point you last left it, even from another iOS Device.You just have to make sure that you are signed in with your Apple ID while watching the videos and iCloud will do the rest.
In September, Apple claimed that it had sold 435 million + accounts.Its music store is a collection of 25 million songs, and in past nine years, 20 Billion have been sold.
